IOPay provides USD infrastructure setup services only. This includes the registration, configuration, and activation of US legal entities, US banking accounts, and USD payment rails on behalf of the client.
IOPay does not provide financial advice, investment services, currency exchange services, or any regulated financial product. All platforms and accounts established are third-party services governed by their respective terms of service.
Upon completion, IOPay delivers the following to the client:
IOPay's service is complete upon delivery of the Welcome Pack and client confirmation of receipt.
IOPay provides no ongoing management, maintenance, troubleshooting, or support services after the handover is complete. The client assumes full responsibility for all accounts, platforms, and credentials from the moment of delivery.

The specific processes, methods, and technical procedures used by IOPay to establish USD infrastructure are proprietary and confidential. Clients agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute IOPay's proprietary process to any third party.
IOPay's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. IOPay is not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from the client's use of established accounts after delivery, changes in third-party platform policies, or any actions taken by the client following handover.
Upon delivery of the Welcome Pack, the client will be asked to confirm that the infrastructure has been delivered and is functioning as described. This confirmation constitutes the client's acknowledgement that the service has been completed in full and that IOPay has fulfilled its obligations.
Following this confirmation, IOPay bears no further liability or responsibility in connection with the service.
IOPay's service covers the initial formation of your US LLC only. The following are the sole responsibility of the client from the date of delivery and are not covered by IOPay under any circumstance:
IOPay does not file, manage, monitor, or advise on any recurring state or federal obligations. Clients are strongly advised to consult a licensed tax professional or attorney regarding their US LLC tax and compliance obligations. Failure to meet annual compliance requirements may result in the dissolution of your LLC by the state of Wyoming. IOPay accepts no liability for any such outcome.
